For partner merchants: Due to the nature of the services provided by Samaton, all sales are final for our business partners. We do not offer refunds for these services under any circumstances. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final.
For customer: For customer who have bought products online, refund is purely under the control of the
merchant.
We are purely a platform to bridge you, as a buyer, with a seller (here our registered business
partners). You agree to follow the refund policy of the merchant
prior to placing an order. In case of any legal dispute arising out of purchase or products, we
agree to share details as per Indian law system but we
are not liable to be responsible for any damage cause by product sold or bought from our app.
